Orders are dispatched via third-party carriers. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Galonni is not responsible for delays arising from carrier performance, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete address details, or any other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at contact@galonni.com. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the item received is defective or incorrect.

Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item, to the original payment method.

8. Damaged or Faulty Items

Should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please get in touch promptly with a description and supporting photographs. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, a refund, or another suitable resolution.

9. Third-Party Services

Galonni neither controls nor accepts responsibility for third-party services and is not liable for any issues arising from your use of them.
